Paired is hiring a Growth Specialist for an E-commerce Company (US-Based/Remote)

About the Role

The Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement tactics, and measure performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce growth.
  • Create and manage budgets for growth initiatives and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute referral and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Optimize website and app performance to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Leverage SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support growth efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Create and manage content calendars and editorial plans.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Optimize landing pages and checkout processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer lifetime value (CLV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and optimization.
  • Experience with international e-commerce markets and strategies.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and ad exchanges.

  • Experience with customer retention and churn analysis.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Experience with e-commerce personalization and recommendation engines.
