About the Role
The Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement tactics, and measure performance.
Responsibilities

- Create and manage budgets for growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop and execute referral and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
- Optimize website and app performance to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Leverage SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform growth strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support growth efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
- Create and manage content calendars and editorial plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Optimize landing pages and checkout processes to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze customer lifetime value (CLV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
