What You'll Do
Own the growth trajectory of a platform built for creators, focusing on improving how users discover, sign up, and engage with core features. You'll analyze behavioral data, identify friction points in user journeys, and lead experiments to enhance conversion across key stages.
Work hand-in-hand with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics to develop and test scalable growth strategies. Use funnel analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user insights to prioritize high-impact initiatives and validate them through structured A/B testing.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in a product or growth role with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Strong command of growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data analysis tools
- Ability to interpret user behavior and translate findings into product improvements
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven success collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluency in English at upper-intermediate level or higher

- Background in consumer-facing or subscription-based digital products
- Direct experience conducting user research and interviews
