Weekday is hiring a Growth Operations Intern to drive hands-on growth initiatives and expand our network of partner companies. This is a paid, full-time role focused on the execution of strategies to increase the number of companies we engage with. Weekday is re-imagining the hiring process by solving the ‘finding’ problem in the multi-billion dollar recruitment industry through AI and automation.
What You'll Do
- Discover job boards and platforms where target companies are hiring from.
- Research companies and job openings to identify high-potential prospects for Weekday.
- Identify and enrich lead lists with contact information for relevant points of contact at target companies.
- Prepare and send ad-hoc outbound campaigns.
- Monitor fundraising activity and emerging startups to identify new prospects.
- Maintain a detailed record of growth experiments and related metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the growth engine running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- You must be a 2025 bachelor's degree graduate (currently enrolled students are not considered).
Nice to Have
- 6-12 months of experience working in a startup environment.
- High ownership and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to work with high operational rigour and meticulous attention to detail.
