You’ll play a central role in advancing the growth trajectory of multiple early-stage ventures within a diversified portfolio. Working side by side with founders, you'll shape core elements like ideal customer profiles, pricing models, and product positioning to improve market alignment and revenue velocity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine growth engines focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, monetization, and long-term retention
- Diagnose underperformance quickly and lead corrective actions to get initiatives back on track
- Design and run experiments to validate growth hypotheses across channels and business models
- Implement a unified growth framework used consistently across all portfolio companies
- Monitor key metrics including revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, activation rates, and churn
- Challenge founders to raise their pace and quality of execution while maintaining strategic focus
- Guide ventures toward clear product-market fit through data-informed iteration
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success scaling a product to at least $5 million in annual recurring revenue
- Deep fluency in growth mechanics—ICP definition, funnel optimization, pricing strategy, and retention modeling
- Ability to assess and resolve growth roadblocks efficiently
- Background in startup or high-velocity environments with a track record of ownership
- Capacity to manage parallel initiatives across independent teams
- Strong judgment, initiative, and a results-first mindset
Compensation & Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Kelowna, requiring in-office presence after an initial 90-day period. The position offers an On-Target Earnings of $300,000.
