About the Role

What You'll Do

Drive growth execution across multiple startups by working side-by-side with founders to refine their ideal customer profile, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market offers. You'll design and optimize full-funnel strategies—from acquisition through activation and retention—ensuring each venture builds repeatable, scalable processes.

Establish a unified growth operating rhythm across the portfolio, running weekly cycles of testing, data analysis, and iteration. Implement systems that prioritize speed and clarity, using AI-enhanced workflows to automate routine tasks and extract actionable signals from early launches.

Enforce disciplined execution by setting measurable targets, including a minimum of 30% month-over-month revenue growth, and track KPIs like CAC, activation rates, and retention. Lead regular portfolio reviews to assess momentum, detect stalls early, and guide corrective action.

Build the foundation for long-term scalability by deploying a modular growth operating system across ventures. This includes defining clear sequencing, improving operational cadence, and integrating media strategies to amplify performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling a product to at least $5M in annual recurring revenue
  • Deep fluency in growth mechanics: ICP definition, funnel optimization, pricing strategy, and retention modeling
  • Ability to quickly identify bottlenecks and deploy effective solutions in fast-moving environments
  • Track record in startups or high-growth settings with a bias for action and high personal ownership
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities across independent companies simultaneously
  • Strong judgment and the ability to challenge founders while maintaining alignment

Benefits

This role offers a competitive total cash compensation of $300,000 OTE. The position is based in Kelowna, with an expectation to work on-site full-time after an initial 90-day period.
