More Staffing LLC is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing growth initiatives end-to-end for a remote company. This role requires partial West Coast PST overlap.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute marketing growth initiatives end-to-end — from concept and ideation to launch and reporting.
Collaborate with designers to create ad creatives, landing pages, emails, and popups using Figma and other tools.
Manage and optimize landing pages using Shopify 2.0 themes, custom coding, and page builder apps.
Build, maintain, and update Shopify 2.0 pages with pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness.
Launch and manage email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
Design and implement lead capture popups for email and SMS, with focus on targeting and segmentation.
Analyze marketing performance metrics such as profit per visitor, conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV).
Utilize analytics platforms including Google Sheets, Excel, Shopify, Klaviyo, and popup software for reporting and optimization.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n) to streamline marketing workflows, development, and testing.
Maintain close communication and project coordination across teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience developing and managing Shopify 2.0 themes.
Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, functional web pages.
Familiarity with Shopify-based page builders and/or custom front-end development.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Experience collaborating with and managing design processes.

Nice to Have

Experience integrating third-party APIs into web environments.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n) in workflow automation.
Experience using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Hands-on experience building popups and implementing targeting logic.
Experience with backend systems for workflow automation or advanced Shopify development.
