The Flex is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to turn our mission into momentum by driving global adoption, leading experiments across channels, and positioning our platform as the go-to solution for property operators and hospitality innovators worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using smart automation.
- Launch and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
- Design, test, and iterate conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages.
- Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and visuals to drive maximum engagement.
- Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Build visibility and credibility within STR and SaaS communities.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content-led strategies.
- Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to boost activation and retention.
- Collaborate with product and ops teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn.
- Track and report on key metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Launch weekly experiments: double down on what works, kill what doesn’t.
- Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
