Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to support go-to-market and growth efforts for our key products, services, and verticals. You will execute full-funnel marketing initiatives that drive real revenue impact, gaining hands-on experience across launches, expansion, enablement, and lifecycle marketing to build a well-rounded growth skill set.

What You'll Do

• Launch and promote products, services, and expansion initiatives.
• Learn how to prioritize work based on impact, not just output.
• Support lifecycle and expansion campaigns.
• Coordinate messaging, assets, and timelines across teams like Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Turn ideas into real campaigns, launches, and experiments that go live quickly.
• Create and organize sales enablement materials like decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and talk tracks.
• Gather feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and customers to improve messaging and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience at a B2B software company and/or in outpatient therapy (PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields).
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab.
