HireHawk is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to spearhead a measurable revenue growth strategy for our staffing and RPO services. This is a high-impact, fully remote leadership role for a candidate based in Costa Rica, focused on building a scalable engine for client acquisition and market expansion in a competitive space.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Build and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies including paid media, inbound, outbound, SEO, content, and partnerships.
- Drive qualified lead generation for staffing and BPO services, targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Optimize the entire funnel performance from lead generation through to client acquisition.
- Improve conversion rates from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads to closed deals.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate.
- Own and report on key growth KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests and growth experiments, and continuously optimize for ROI.
- Implement tracking systems and build reporting dashboards.
- Strengthen brand positioning within the staffing and RPO markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities.
- Align marketing efforts closely with Business Development and Sales teams.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing.
- Proven, required experience in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or RPO companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and managing long sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience building and scaling demand generation engines.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling staffing firms specifically within the U.S. market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Specific experience with account-based marketing (ABM).
- A background in high-growth or startup environments.
