HireHawk is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own and drive revenue growth for our staffing and RPO services. This is a high-impact, fully remote leadership role based in Costa Rica, focused on building a scalable strategy to acquire clients and generate measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Drive qualified lead generation for staffing and BPO services.
- Build multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, and SEO.
- Optimize funnel performance from initial lead generation to closed client acquisition.
- Create targeted campaigns for hiring managers, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Improve conversion rates through the MQL → SQL → Closed Won pipeline.
- Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate.
- Own key growth KPIs, including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
- Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards.
- Run A/B testing and growth experiments.
- Strengthen brand positioning within staffing and RPO markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in staffing agencies or RPO environments.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in Costa Rica.
