About the Role
Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies to expand market reach, acquire new users, and improve retention through scalable channels and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns
- Analyze user behavior to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Optimize conversion rates across landing pages and onboarding flows
- Collaborate with product teams to align growth initiatives with roadmap
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for messaging and design elements
- Manage paid advertising across search, social, and display platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Use data to refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Scale organic acquisition through SEO and content distribution
- Evaluate channel performance and reallocate budgets for maximum efficiency
- Partner with creative teams to produce high-converting assets
- Implement marketing automation workflows
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt positioning accordingly
- Develop referral and viral loop programs
- Ensure brand consistency across all growth touchpoints
- Lead agency partners and external vendors when needed
- Translate insights into actionable product and marketing recommendations
- Drive experimentation culture across acquisition and activation
- Manage calendar of campaigns and promotional timelines
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
