Responsibilities
- Own the growth, profitability, and performance of assigned Amazon brands and product portfolios.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across Amazon Advertising, organic ranking, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Lead product-level business planning, identifying opportunities to scale revenue while protecting margins.
- Drive Amazon PPC strategy and manage external agencies to ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
- Improve product visibility, organic ranking, and non-branded sales through data-driven keyword and content strategies.
- Partner with Creative teams to optimize PDPs, customer experience, and conversion performance.
- Lead promotional planning, pricing initiatives, and marketplace growth programs.
- Monitor marketplace health, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact revenue or profitability.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, BI, and Customer Care teams to support sustainable growth.
- Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms that improve execution and decision-making.
- Translate data into actionable insights and present business recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities that improve efficiency and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace businesses.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, TACOS, ACOS, CVR, AOV, BSR, organic ranking, and contribution margin.
- Proven ability to diagnose product-level performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.

- Experience with Helium10, DataDive, Seller Central, Pacvue, Scale Insights, or similar tools.
- Experience in apparel, intimates, beauty, or other high-volume consumer categories.
- Experience across international Amazon marketplaces.
- Knowledge of catalog management, feed uploads, and listing optimization.
- Experience with SAS escalations, policy appeals, and account health management.
- Experience building SOPs, automations, and scalable processes.
- Experience managing Sponsored Brand Video programs and creative testing.
