At HonestDog, we are transforming the neglected pet transaction market for the 21st century, creating a world where people and pets live in harmony. We are looking for a Growth Marketer to increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents, scaling our buyer base and app traffic while optimizing our end-to-end funnel to drive revenues.
What You'll Do
- Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, and social media.
- Utilize platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Optimize our end-to-end funnel to increase revenues, focusing on conversions, CTR, CAC, and CLTV.
- Automate and optimize AI companions to support you in day-to-day tasks.
- Stay close to customers and partners, supporting customer support and partner updates.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent proficiency in German (C2) and English.
- Proficient with AI tools related to marketing.
- Desire for autonomy, ownership, and responsibility from day one.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or on your own projects.
Nice to Have
- You have or have had a dog and are knowledgeable about them.
