River is seeking a Growth Marketer responsible for identifying and implementing strategies for sustainable client and business growth. You will own the conversion funnel from awareness to retention and lead creative initiatives to grow River's client base.
What You'll Do
- Lead experiments, uncover insights, and find new ways to help people discover, understand, and fall in love with Bitcoin and River.
- Own the conversion funnel from awareness to retention and lead creative initiatives to grow River's client base and deepen client relationships.
- Deeply understand our target audience's pain points, motivations, and behaviors to tailor campaigns that resonate.
- Analyze data to target the right segments through various channels with compelling content, messaging, offers, and visuals.
- Run and optimize advertising campaigns, promotions, and delightful experiences to acquire new clients.
- Test new channels, tactics, and messaging to discover what drives growth.
- Track and analyze the performance of key growth metrics, share learnings and iterate rapidly.
