Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.
- Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and creative
- Define and execute SEO strategy to grow organic demo signups
- Manage content pipeline: landing pages, blog posts, and search-optimized articles
- Set up and manage email campaigns in tools like Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell
- Own lifecycle marketing flows - onboarding, feature education, re-engagement, etc
Requirements
- Have 3-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred)
- Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before
- Are comfortable working across product, design, and GTM
- Are a strong writer with a clear, concise tone
- Are data-driven and know your way around CAC and funnel metrics
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Nice to Have
- Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech
- Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers
- Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows
Compensation
Compensation Range: $140K - $220K
