Hadley Designs is hiring a Growth Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar product category, primarily on Amazon. You will drive measurable growth through disciplined execution and data-backed decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
- Optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Identify and validate new product and expansion opportunities.
- Manage lifecycle of existing products to ensure continued relevance and profitability.
- Conduct inventory and demand planning to support growth while managing cost and risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools.
- Comfortable operating within defined systems before pushing for change.
- Motivated by clear goals, performance benchmarks, and winning as part of a high-performing team.
- Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement.
