Almedia is hiring a Senior Growth Manager to act as a Full-Lifecycle Business Owner driving global expansion. You will own the entire partner journey from cold outreach to long-term strategic growth and technical optimization, serving as the primary engine of growth for the company.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire lifecycle of high-volume mobile game publishers, from sourcing leads and pitching to negotiating contracts and managing post-onboarding growth.
- Lead aggressive market expansion through proactive cold outreach and prospecting to target top-tier game studios.
- Manage strategic portfolio by diving deep into data to identify upselling opportunities and ensure partners exceed KPIs.
- Define go-to-market strategies and create sales frameworks to scale as the company grows.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Drive P&L impact, measured by new business acquired and net revenue retention of active accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment (AdTech/Gaming preferred) closing new business and managing complex partner relationships.
- Proven track record of penetrating 'closed doors' through creative outreach and persistent follow-ups in a high-rejection sales cycle.
- Strong data fluency, comfortable discussing ROAS, LTV, and Retention to help developers optimize monetization.
- Full-funnel understanding of the mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs) and monetization models.
