Dune is hiring a Growth Lead - Product to own the full user journey from initial signup to product qualified lead. You will define and execute the growth vision, combining product thinking with go-to-market execution to drive sustainable expansion. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to set the direction and build the function from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute on Dune's growth strategy together with the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Build out Dune's growth function, including defining, hiring, and managing a small but high-impact growth team.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives by partnering with product, marketing, design, and sales.
- Build and scale the growth engine (campaigns, lifecycle journeys, lead qualification, analytics) to turn signups into paying enterprise customers.
- Run data-driven experimentation, overseeing design and execution of growth experiments including in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, A/B tests, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Translate insights into action by hiring and managing a data function to instrument funnels and analyze behavior.
- Drive PLG to Enterprise alignment by collaborating closely with Sales to build a tight handoff between self-serve users and enterprise opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in B2B growth and/or product roles.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS, data, API, or PLG environments, ideally with self-serve to enterprise motions.
- Former founder/operator mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, balances scrappy experimentation with long-term scalability.
- Fluent in growth systems; experience building and scaling activation and paid conversion loops.
- Strong data intuition; comfortable working with analytics tools and leveraging data to make decisions.
- Cross-functional leader who can align teams across engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
- Hands-on builder willing to dive into tools to prototype before scaling.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading growth at a startup or building a growth org from scratch.
- Experience with data infrastructure and/or developer-focused products.
- Experience with or interest in crypto.
- Experience integrating growth systems across multiple product lines.
