MLabs is hiring a Growth Lead to drive the expansion of our partner ecosystem, total value locked (TVL), and overall platform adoption for a premier prime broker operating within the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This is an end-to-end business development position designed for a high-agency individual who can navigate the intersection of institutional trading and decentralized protocols.
What You'll Do
- Source, vet, and onboard institutional users, including professional trading firms and market makers, to the platform.
- Identify and execute high-impact partnerships across the DeFi and trading infrastructure landscape to expand the platform's reach.
- Take full ownership of TVL growth targets and platform adoption metrics, reporting directly on progress and market sentiment.
- Partner with internal engineering and product teams to ensure growth strategies are technically feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and within key digital channels to build brand authority and trust among institutional counterparts.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in business development or growth roles within a crypto protocol, centralized/decentralized exchange, or prime brokerage.
- A robust, existing network of contacts across the institutional trading and DeFi sectors.
- A deep understanding of on-chain infrastructure and institutional trading workflows, with the ability to engage confidently with highly technical founders and engineers.
- A strong bias toward action with a history of delivering measurable, high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to navigate complex deal structures and identify long-term ecosystem synergies.
