Responsibilities
- Lead the growth strategy for self-serve revenue channels
- Spearhead organic and product-driven expansion initiatives
- Boost user referrals and drive adoption through product features
- Optimize onboarding, user activation, and referral pathways
- Design and execute experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and re-engagement
- Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns via email, in-product messaging, and promotional offers
- Evaluate product engagement and growth metrics to uncover improvement areas
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deploy growth experiments
