Intangible is hiring its first Marketing hire: a Growth & Community Manager. You’ll be the full-stack content operator shaping how the world sees Intangible, amplifying our story, and turning attention into actual users. This role blends content creation, community building, and growth hacking.

What You'll Do

Create high-performing content across X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
Write sharp, engaging posts designed to stop the scroll and drive clicks.
Shoot and edit lo-fi videos, memes, demos, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Build and engage an early community of creators and fans.
Develop growth loops that turn attention into product usage and usage into advocacy.
Use AI tools and no-code automations (like Zapier or n8n) to scale your impact.
Track performance, kill what doesn’t work, and maintain a high shipping velocity.

What We're Looking For

A naturally funny or witty communicator who expresses ideas succinctly.
Proven ability to create content that has actually hit and performed, not just posted regularly.
Deep understanding of internet culture and where attention lives online.
Clear, clever writer who knows how to make words sell.
Scrappy, self-directed, and able to figure out how to get things done.
Comfortable jumping between strategy and hands-on execution, from writing threads to hacking together workflows.
Hungry, humble, and fast; early in your career but work with urgency.

Nice to Have

Experience building something weird or interesting with AI tools.
Background working at a startup or launching something on your own.
Comfort with tools like CapCut, Canva, Notion, Figma, Midjourney, and Runway.
Ability to explain new technology to non-technical people in an engaging way.
Thinks in systems, growth loops, and shareable moments—not just isolated posts.
Based in the SF/Bay Area.
