Responsibilities
- Support the launch of a new consumer AI product in the US market.
- Assist with go-to-market planning, launch timelines, and execution across multiple channels.
- Help coordinate launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and early adopter opportunities.
- Help create launch momentum through scrappy, low-cost growth initiatives.
- Support acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels.
- Help identify new growth opportunities and channels for user acquisition.
- Assist with campaign setup, testing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Help improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and first-user experience.
- Monitor funnel drop-off points and suggest practical improvements.
- Support lifecycle messaging such as email, push, or re-engagement campaigns.
- Create landing page copy, campaign messaging, and simple launch assets.
- Assist with demos, use-case content, FAQs, and product education materials.
- Coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed.
- Build simple dashboards and weekly growth reports.
- Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour data.
- Turn findings into actionable recommendations and tests.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, digital campaigns, product growth, startups, or consumer apps.
- Strong interest in launching new products and helping scale user growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to execute across multiple functions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to data and performance metrics.
