About the Role

Roboflow is hiring a Growth Account Executive to own the complete sales cycle for high-intent inbound leads, from initial demo through expansion and long-term customer success. This hybrid AE/AM role combines pipeline management, technical demos, and deal closing for a diverse account range.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads, conduct discovery, run demos, and close new business within 30–90 day sales cycles.
  • Own and grow a book of business, managing expansions and renewals for both self-serve and paid customers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and technical marketing to unblock deals, surface customer insights, and shape features and messaging.
  • Monitor your pipeline daily and stay close to customer needs to create value at every stage.
  • Improve our sales process by identifying friction, sharing insights, and creating tools or playbooks.
  • Navigate technical objections and confidently communicate value to developer audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in high-volume sales with a proven track record, where organization and adaptability were key.
  • 2+ years of closing experience, preferably managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles at a startup.
  • Previous selling experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and/or data tooling.

Nice to Have

  • Excitement about computer vision, even while learning the technical details.
  • Enjoyment working with a wide range of customers across industries and the ability to quickly understand their unique needs.
  • A relationship-building mindset that owns the customer journey from first touch through activation and expansion.

  • Compensation: $170k - $200k OTE + equity.
  • $4,000/year travel stipend to work alongside other team members.
  • $350/month productivity stipend for items like high-speed internet or a co-working space.
