What You'll Do
- Launch and optimize outbound initiatives by identifying target prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and iterating quickly based on feedback and conversion metrics
- Design and maintain go-to-market tooling that empowers the team to scale efforts, including intelligent outreach systems and workflow automation
- Organize and manage demand generation events across European markets to build pipeline and deepen market presence
- Contribute actionable insights to help refine our overall GTM strategy, drawing from real-world results and frontline experience
- Step into emerging priorities across sales, operations, and partnership initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years in growth, demand generation, or sales development roles with a track record of driving measurable results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, audience-specific messaging
- Proven experimental mindset—comfortable testing hypotheses, analyzing outcomes, and rapidly adjusting course
- High initiative and intrinsic motivation to learn quickly, operate independently, and move with urgency
- Thrives in ambiguity and values action over perfection; eager to build, test, and ship fast
