Support a globally recognized technology organization by leading end-to-end recruitment for Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Professional Services, and Pre-Sales teams across EMEA. Based in London with remote-first flexibility, this contract role operates within an embedded talent model, aligning closely with business leaders to fulfill critical hiring needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for post-sales functions, from sourcing to offer close
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, delivering insights that shape hiring decisions
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across diverse markets
- Deliver a consistent, positive experience for candidates at every stage of the process
- Use Greenhouse to maintain accurate pipelines and real-time progress tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate talent demands and adapt quickly to change
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical domains
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets in fast-moving environments
- Strong track record of sourcing and evaluating talent across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools
- Adaptable mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
