WPP Media is looking for a Manager, Implementation Planning to oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of media campaigns while managing and mentoring a team. You will act as a bridge between the Implementation Planning Director and the team, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various channels to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and mentor Senior Implementation Planning Executives, delegating tasks effectively and reviewing their work to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading presentations on campaign strategies, performance, and insights.
  • Work closely with the trading team to ensure campaigns align with agency trading deals and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with activation and analytics teams to monitor campaign pacing, budget allocations, and performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure creative assets meet required specifications and taxonomy is correctly set up for accurate tracking.
  • Review and validate consolidated reports from activation teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Interpret data effectively to identify key insights and client needs, ensuring presentations are clear and actionable.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices and integrate new features into client strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation Planning Director to align on strategy, share updates, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
