WPP Media is hiring a Paid Social Media Specialist for its Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland. In this role, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact paid social solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

• Effectively interact and communicate strongly with regional teams in Europe and the U.S.
• Support campaign launches and set up on platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaign compliance with WPP Media’s guidelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels and platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP Media’s software.
• Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English.
• 1.5+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland.
