Vida Health is seeking a Group Product Manager, Growth (Enrollment). You will lead the strategy and execution for our enrollment funnel, focusing on member acquisition and activation to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enrollment growth pillar.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the member acquisition journey from discovery to activation.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify high-impact opportunities for funnel conversion.
- Establish clear success metrics and own the business outcomes for enrollment initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver impactful product experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on growth and user acquisition.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B2C or B2C digital health or consumer product funnels.
- Deep expertise in growth methodologies, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and align teams.
