The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco Moloco is building the next generation of AI-powered creative optimization. As a Group Product Manager, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Moloco's most strategic AI investments. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, machine learning, experimentation, creative intelligence, and advertising performance to build products that transform creative signals into measurable business outcomes. This is a highly ambiguous, 0-to-1 opportunity that requires strong product judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to create clarity in an emerging space where customer needs, technical capabilities, and market expectations are evolving rapidly. What You Will Do - Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered creative generation, optimization, and learning systems. - Define how creative quality, advertiser outcomes, and AI system performance should be measured, evaluated, and optimized. - Partner closely with engineering and machine learning teams to translate emerging technical capabilities into differentiated customer value. - Use customer insights, experimentation, product intuition, and market signals to identify opportunities and guide investment decisions. - Drive product discovery in areas with limited precedent, rapidly testing hypotheses and refining strategy based on new learnings. - Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to align on vision, priorities, and execution. - Partner with GTM teams to shape customer narratives, proof-of-concepts, adoption strategies, and feedback loops. - Help define how Moloco brings AI-powered creative optimization to market and establishes leadership in this emerging category. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to own an early-stage product area at the center of one of the most significant shifts in advertising. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling problems that do not yet have established solutions. This is not a maintenance or optimization-focused PM role. Success will require creating structure where there is limited data, forming conviction without overfitting to incomplete signals, and helping the organization make high-quality decisions in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. You will have the opportunity to shape both the product strategy and the category itself as Moloco defines the future of AI-powered creative optimization. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? - You have a track record of leading 0-to-1 or highly ambiguous product initiatives where the problem space, customer needs, or technical capabilities were still emerging. - You are comfortable creating clarity and direction when there is limited data, incomplete information, or no established playbook. - You have strong product fundamentals, including customer obsession, prioritization, experimentation, metric design, decision making, and end-to-end ownership. - You use data, research, customer feedback, and product judgment to make decisions, while recognizing that not every important decision can wait for perfect evidence. - You can develop a strong point of view on product strategy and communicate it effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and highly technical teams. - You have experience building products in technically complex domains, working closely with engineering, machine learning, or data science teams to translate emerging capabilities into customer value. - You have led strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders, building alignment and momentum even when priorities, incentives, or data were not fully aligned. - You are energized by rapid learning and enjoy exploring new technologies, customer behaviors, and market opportunities. - You can balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution, making progress in uncertain environments while continuously refining strategy based on new learnings. - You have experience partnering with go-to-market teams to shape product narratives, customer education, proof-of-concepts, feedback loops, and adoption strategies. - You have strong customer instincts and can deeply understand user workflows, motivations, and pain points, even in unfamiliar domains. - You are excited by the challenge of balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and emerging AI capabilities in areas where there is often no obvious right answer. Nice to Have - Experience building AI-powered products, particularly Generative AI, machine learning, or recommendation systems. - Experience with creative tools, content creation workflows, visual intelligence, or multimodal AI systems. - Experience designing experimentation, measurement, or optimization systems. - Experience in advertising, marketing technology, marketplaces, search, recommendation, or other data-driven decision systems. You do not need prior adtech experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for product leaders who can learn quickly, reason rigorously, and help define the future of AI-powered creative optimization.
