At Digicel | Connecting You to the World, we are looking for a Group Postpaid Commercial Manager to lead our commercial performance and strategy across 25 markets. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability by providing strategic leadership on commission design, subsidy optimization, and seasonal campaign execution, leveraging data insights to guide Sales & Distribution teams.
What You'll Do
- Innovate and deploy comprehensive Postpaid and converged strategies, supporting alignment across markets and consistent execution.
- Lead market-specific plans for commission structures and device subsidy models, continuously optimizing based on performance.
- Identify underperforming markets or segments through deep-dive Commercial performance reviews and deploy tailored recovery plans.
- Track progress and impact of recovery plans and cascade winning strategies to other markets.
- Deliver high-quality, board-ready presentations of performance updates, commercial strategies, and market insights.
- Represent the Postpaid team in strategic reviews, steering committees and workstreams.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with GTM, S&D, BI, Marketing & Finance to enable fast, aligned decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of the Postpaid campaign calendar, aligned to peak sales periods and commercial goals.
- Track and report campaign outcomes, using insights to refine future initiatives and increase campaign ROI.
- Actively support and integrate with local Commercial teams across key Postpaid markets and champion the adoption of the end-to-end Postpaid Playbook.
- Maintain a regular cadence of at least three meetings per week with each assigned market, acting as an extension of the local Commercial team.
- Leverage Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools to monitor Postpaid performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders, turning data into clear performance narratives and commercial actions.
What We're Looking For
- 3 – 5 years in telecommunications with a focus on commercial management.
- Proven success in Sales & Distribution performance management.
- Strong experience in commercial strategy/frameworks and execution, portfolio management, pricing strategies, customer value management and telco growth.
- Proficient in Power BI and other commercial performance tools.
- Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience driving cross-market performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
