Responsibilities
- Oversee the assessment of medical device incidents to ensure prompt submission of MDR reports and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handle end-to-end management of customer complaints, from intake to final resolution.
- Lead and support team members to meet service level agreements, resolve difficult issues, and maintain accurate records in line with HIPAA guidelines.
- Provide advanced technical assistance while ensuring accurate documentation of events and full compliance with reporting regulations.
