Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, confident, and engaging service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
Greet and assist customers using established service standards, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
Supervise the sales floor by assigning tasks, managing break schedules, receiving deliveries, and maintaining daily operational readiness.
Prepare, stock, and rotate products on counters and shelves to uphold freshness, quality, and visual standards.
Build an inclusive team culture through hands-on training and coaching in service, operations, and departmental procedures.
Communicate company policies, department updates, and business goals clearly to team members.
Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed on a periodic basis.
