Responsibilities
- Operate swing frame and hand grinders to perform grinding, deburring, and surface finishing tasks according to established procedures and technical specifications.
- Achieve precise dimensional tolerances using measurement tools and templates, and handle heavy castings with cranes and material handling equipment.
- Support workshop operations by assisting team members, conducting equipment checks before and after use, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to health and safety protocols, engaging in safety training, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
