Greenlight Action seeks a Research Analyst to play a central role in research and campaign development. You will identify and analyze data sources, write research briefs, and provide strategic analysis to support our mission of accelerating the clean energy transition.
What You'll Do
- Identify clean energy projects and ordinances requiring local approvals from public information and large datasets.
- Evaluate campaign opportunities based on timeliness, impact, winnability, and reach.
- Perform research and write briefs, memos, and reports on decision-makers and organizational stakeholders.
- Research and analyze legal and regulatory frameworks to explain project approval processes.
- Research and analyze the economic and community benefits of clean energy projects.
- Work closely with research, campaigns, communications, and partnership staff to develop strategic research products.

- Demonstrated skill in summarizing and presenting data and technical information in a user-friendly manner.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Compensation range: $50,000 - $70,000
