What You'll Do
Deliver prompt and professional food and beverage service to performing artists in a vibrant, high-energy setting. You'll take detailed orders, relay them accurately through the MICROS system, and ensure every dish meets specifications before delivery. Maintain a clean, welcoming green room by resetting spaces between acts, removing used items, and addressing spills or messes immediately.
Stay proactive by anticipating needs—whether it’s last-minute menu changes, dietary restrictions, or special requests—and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and production teams. Support event flow by verifying rider fulfillment, preparing dressing rooms, and ensuring no trace of prior occupants remains. Assist in opening and closing procedures in line with venue standards, and stay informed about ongoing performances and promotions.
Act with professionalism when addressing concerns, resolving issues swiftly and courteously. Maintain awareness of your surroundings throughout each shift to support safety, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.
