What You'll Do
Take ownership of expanding our green coffee business across Europe by forming lasting partnerships with specialty roasters and traders. You'll play a central role in identifying new market opportunities, tailoring offerings to customer needs, and ensuring our portfolio reflects the highest quality standards. Your insights will shape sourcing decisions and influence how we position our products in a competitive landscape.
Engage directly in coffee evaluation and selection, working closely with origin and quality teams to align supply with market demand. Represent the company at key industry events, strengthening visibility and credibility within the specialty sector. You'll monitor market dynamics, analyze pricing trends, and deliver actionable reports that guide strategic decisions.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure seamless delivery and maintain alignment across teams to support customer expectations. Your work will directly impact trade performance and long-term market positioning.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least three years of hands-on experience in green coffee trading or sales within European markets
- Proven ability to build trust with clients and negotiate effectively in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of international coffee markets, pricing models, and trading mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market data and trade signals
- Exceptional organizational abilities and composure when managing multiple priorities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Based in the EU and legally authorized to work there
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
