Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the organization's control framework to ensure compliance obligations are properly implemented and sustained.
- Advance the governance, risk, and compliance program, including managing SOC 2 activities and integrating with standards like NIST.
- Develop and oversee the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program, including business impact analyses, continuity strategies, and recovery procedures.
- Evaluate risks associated with vendors and external partners as the organization expands its international collaborations.
- Assist in securing MiCA and U.S. Money Transmitter Licenses by supporting due diligence, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee the lifecycle of security findings, coordinating remediation and working with teams to lower overall risk exposure.
- Create standardized policies, controls, and compliance workflows that support scalability across multiple legal and regulatory environments.

Work Arrangement
- Employees based in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week).
