HireHawk seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in social media and digital content. In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will design high-impact visual assets to strengthen our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Do

Design engaging visual assets for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads.
Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
Adapt designs to fit different platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance.
Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects as needed.
Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations.
Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements.
Support basic UX/UI design needs, such as landing pages, website elements, and user flows.
Contribute to improving visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
