HireHawk seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in social media and digital content. In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will design high-impact visual assets to strengthen our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging visual assets for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads.
- Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
- Adapt designs to fit different platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance.
- Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects as needed.
- Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations.
- Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements.
- Support basic UX/UI design needs, such as landing pages, website elements, and user flows.
- Contribute to improving visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in social media content creation.
- Strong eye for design and visual composition.
- Understanding of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
