Paired is looking for an AI-Focused YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join a client's team. This remote role focuses on creating visually striking thumbnails for Dan Kieft's YouTube channel and managing thumbnail creation across multiple channels, using a mix of Photoshop design and AI-generated imagery. The position has the potential to become full-time.
What You'll Do
- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails that are visually engaging and optimized for click-through rate.
- Maintain consistent quality and style across multiple channels.
- Generate or source AI images matching video concepts using generative AI tools.
- Experiment creatively to produce unique and compelling visuals.
- Use Photoshop to refine and combine AI-generated images into a cohesive thumbnail.
- Add text, effects, and composition elements that make the design stand out.
- Contribute creative ideas for visual concepts, compositions, and AI-generated scenes.
- Continuously look for ways to improve click performance and visual impact.
- Deliver completed thumbnails within 24 hours or less in most cases.
