What You'll Do
Design and adapt visual and motion-based advertising content for key digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and display networks. You'll refine video assets for performance marketing sprints, ensuring each piece aligns with campaign goals and platform requirements. Work closely with marketing teams to turn strategic insights into compelling creative assets that resonate with Thai audiences.
Contribute to the development of creative concepts for growth and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring all materials are culturally relevant and optimized for engagement. Share performance learnings and creative observations to help shape future content strategies and production workflows.
Requirements
- Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital advertising, motion graphics, or UGC-style video editing
- Have hands-on experience with design tools, including Canva, and be comfortable creating assets quickly for digital campaigns
- Proven ability to create content tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms
- Possess sharp attention to detail and the ability to adapt creative concepts across formats and aspect ratios
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of current Thai cultural and digital trends, and how to apply them in engaging content
- Be adaptable and thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments driven by testing and data
- Feel confident appearing on camera for social media content creation
- Communicate effectively in both Thai and English
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams and stakeholders across time zones
