Responsibilities
- Create various marketing assets such as property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, presentations, signs, social media visuals, and email layouts.
- Work directly with brokers and marketing personnel to grasp objectives and develop impactful design solutions.
- Ensure all designs follow established brand standards while accommodating regional adaptations.
- Handle several assignments at once, delivering on time without compromising quality.
- Prepare and finalize files for both print and digital distribution.
- Edit and improve photographs for inclusion in promotional materials.
- Keep design files, templates, and project assets systematically organized according to local and national guidelines.
- Remain informed about current design trends and production methods to enhance the quality of deliverables.
