Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic and administrative processes for graduate student programs
- Serve as primary contact for student inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Organize orientation sessions and academic events for incoming and current students
- Maintain student records and ensure compliance with institutional requirements
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support academic programming
- Assist in the development and distribution of program communications
- Support admissions processes by liaising with prospective students
- Track student progress and milestones throughout their academic journey
- Facilitate registration and enrollment for courses and activities
- Manage logistics for workshops, guest lectures, and conferences
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure policies are communicated clearly and consistently to students
- Support student organizations by providing administrative guidance
- Coordinate travel and funding requests for student initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to continuous improvement of student services
- Respond to student concerns and escalate when necessary
- Maintain databases and update program websites regularly
- Assist in accreditation and assessment efforts
- Promote an inclusive and supportive academic environment
