Royal BAM Group is seeking graduates for a two-year Graduate Programme designed to build a broad foundation for your career. During this program, you will shape your own route by choosing a new role every six months across various departments. You'll contribute directly to the sustainable transformation of the construction sector.
What You'll Do
- Choose and rotate through four different functions over two years, spanning operational and strategic roles.
- Work in the field and at various (head) offices to learn about BAM from different perspectives.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aligned with BAM's strategic goals, such as sustainable construction, digital transformation, and emission-free building.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university master's degree.
- Maximum of one year of experience after completing your studies and/or completed your master's degree one year ago.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Broad interest and desire to gain broad experience within BAM during this traineeship.
Nice to Have
- A technical university master's degree or another study background with demonstrable applicability in the sector (e.g., innovation, sustainability, data science, robotics, finance, IT).
- Experience gained alongside studies demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and innovative ideas.
- Motivation for BAM and the construction sector.
Team & Environment
You will be part of an enthusiastic, involved, and driven group of 20 trainees. You will have a personal senior mentor for the two-year traineeship and a buddy within the trainee group.

- A salary of €4,103 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
