The University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Pharmacy is hiring a Graduate Program Recruiter and Admissions Coach. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, building supportive relationships and guiding them through the application process for the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences: Applied Drug Development (ADD) and Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation (PPI) programs. You’ll join a small, student-centered team dedicated to providing full-featured services throughout the entire student lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Maintain leads and opportunity data in CRM software.
- Review, evaluate, and respond to student applications for admission according to established policies.
- Deliver directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.
- Identify, promote, and maintain partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission.
- Counsel prospective and admitted graduate students on educational planning and career opportunities.
- Create targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Schedule logistics and secure resources for events to promote the institution.
- Identify opportunities for and develop admissions and outreach events.
- Develop and manage webinar-based instructional content for graduate courses, including planning live sessions and producing edited recordings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Working expertise with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration software (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Drive, Box).
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and goals while managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated success working autonomously and as a part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting adult learners, students in online education programs, and/or international and domestic students in STEM graduate programs.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other dynamic people-oriented service environments.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team within the Professional Master's and Certificate Programs team in the Division for Pharmacy Professional Development at UW–Madison’s School of Pharmacy. We foster a collaborative, mission-driven, and student-focused environment.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $50,000-$55,000 for qualified candidates; $55,000-$60,000 for highly qualified candidates.
