Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Graduate Capital Markets professional to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will support senior professionals in facilitating real estate investment transactions, conducting market analysis, and providing client advisory services across commercial property sectors in the region.

What You'll Do

Assist in financial modeling and analysis of real estate investment opportunities
Support in preparing market research and investment memoranda
Help compile property data and perform due diligence
Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings
Support client pitches and presentations
Conduct market and property analysis for potential acquisitions and dispositions
Help coordinate transaction processes with internal and external stakeholders
Develop understanding of UAE real estate markets and investment trends

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in real estate investment and capital markets

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but not essential
