We are looking for a GPT-Automation Builder & HubSpot Ops specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered automations while managing our HubSpot platform to streamline marketing and sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain GPT-powered automation workflows
- Manage and optimize HubSpot operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate needs into technical solutions
- Monitor automation performance and implement improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building automation with GPT or similar AI models
- Hands-on expertise managing a HubSpot environment
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms
- Basic scripting or API integration knowledge
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
