Anduril Industries is hiring a Government Rates Lead to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Rates Senior Manager and be vital to developing government submissions compliant with FAR and CAS. You will also be responsible for modeling and analyzing accounting changes and rate impacts, while building strong cross-functional relationships across the company.
What You'll Do
- Lead analysis and modeling to support development of indirect rates for various business units for both internal and external purposes.
- Work cross functionally with FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and other teams to find areas of improvement and establish more processes and procedures.
- Support the establishment of documentation, procedures, and trainings pertaining to a new ERP system.
- Assist in the review of all expenses associated with projects and determine if they are reasonable in nature and follow FAR and CAS requirements.
- Evaluate leadership directed changes for compliance with CAS and update disclosure statements.
- Play an active role in government audits and deliverables.
- Prepare a variety of reports to evaluate program profitability relative to unallowable and allowable spend.
What We're Looking For
- Must have 5+ year(s) of government accounting experience with direct involvement in developing and monitoring CAS compliant indirect rates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, queries/macros, pivot tables, etc.) and business intelligence software.
- Experience with financial accounting systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and ERP implementation.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
