About the Role
The Governance Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, ensuring that their strategies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of GRC technologies and tools.
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Develop and deliver GRC training materials.
- Assist in the development of risk management frameworks.
- Provide guidance on data protection and privacy regulations.
- Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct vendor and third-party risk assessments.
- Provide support during incident response and crisis management.
- Develop and maintain GRC dashboards and reporting tools.
