Nacar is hiring an expert Google Media Buyer to own the strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, with a focus on food and beverage. You will translate business goals into data-backed media strategies designed to maximize ROAS and deliver measurable growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop, launch, and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) for CPG food & beverage products.
- Conduct audience research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify scalable opportunities.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies, targeting, and segmentation to improve ROAS and hit KPI targets.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, creative testing, and attribution models.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on Google Ads changes, CPG trends, and paid media best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for CPG brands, preferably in food and beverage.
- Proven track record of driving ROI/ROAS through paid search, display, YouTube, and shopping campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certification and/or related industry certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
