Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is hiring a Google Expert for a 1-year contract (subject to extension) to support a digital insurance company in KSA. In this remote role, you will lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, match type selection, and implement a negative keyword strategy.
- Build and structure ad groups for effective audience targeting and conversion optimization.
- Optimize campaigns for conversion volume, CPA, and ROAS using automated and manual bidding.
- Write and test ad copy variations, site link extensions, callouts, and structured snippets.
- Implement A/B testing on landing pages in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM.
- Analyze search term reports to identify scaling opportunities and reduce inefficient spend.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads Search Certification.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Score optimization, Smart Bidding models (tCPA, tROAS), and campaign automation.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make ROI-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads or Apple Search Ads.
