Hunt St is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, client-focused, and capable of running campaigns from the ground up independently across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including search, display, video, shopping, and remarketing campaigns
- Assist with ad copy creation, visual assets, and provide a keen eye for detail
- Manage Google Grants from application through to campaign execution
- Drive campaigns across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce sectors
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximise performance
- Monitor and optimise campaigns for key metrics like CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Identify ad fatigue and uncover new opportunities
- Create, test, and optimise ad copy, creatives, and landing pages with design and content teams
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics using Google Tag Manager
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Communicate confidently with clients, explaining results, recommendations, and strategy updates
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, development, and analytics teams
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding, budgeting, and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad tracking tools
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing discussions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Ability to support Meta campaigns with ad creation, targeting, and optimisation

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation: $1,500 AUD - $2,500 AUD
